I didn’t get to see the Flatiron Building until the very last day of my stay in New York City. I got there sometime in the afternoon only to realize that the sun was in the worst possible position. Without much time left before having to leave, I thought maybe this would be a good time to try HDR - something I’ve been avoiding for a while.
And so, here’s my first attempt at HDR photography. I originally used 3 exposures, but didn’t like how the most underexposed image gave the sky a dark overcast. So I scrapped that, and used two exposures instead.  Took a long time tweaking the image, but I think it’s as close to what I want it as possible.
